What You Will Work On
This role helps lead sourcing strategies that support Private Brand growth and operational excellence. Daily work includes negotiating pricing with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and driving category goals through fact-based decision making. Your contributions influence cost efficiencies, product quality, and overall sourcing performance.
The position also supports supplier onboarding, production planning, and cross-functional alignment to meet seasonal timelines. Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, import PO placement, supplier/factory set ups, mitigating risks, and supporting both upstream and downstream partners. Through this work, you help ensure timely delivery, strong supplier performance, and best-in-class sourcing practices.

This role works closely with Merchants, Suppliers, Production, and cross-functional partners to support sourcing strategies and operational goals.
Collaboration includes partnering with logistics, quality teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
2+ years of sourcing, product development, buying, planning, or production management experience
Experience leading sourcing project initiatives
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze complex problems and make effective decisions
Knowledge of cost modeling, quality assurance, import logistics, customs, and factory compliance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferred
Ability to develop and execute strategic category goals
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Work Style and Physical Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
5% travel required
Adherence to company work hours, policies, and procedures
Regular in-office attendance is required
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
