About the Opportunity
Join the Business Services team supporting Customer Unit West & Southern Africa (CU WSA) and contribute to the operational activities that help keep the organization running smoothly.
Working with colleagues across multiple functions, you'll gain broad exposure to business operations, people support activities, logistics coordination, records management, compliance processes, and stakeholder engagement while developing valuable experience within an international business environment.
What You'll Do
- Support business operations and service delivery activities across the local organization
- Assist with records retention and document management processes
- Support people-related operational activities and stakeholder requests
- Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and logistics arrangements
- Contribute to vehicle fleet management activities and vendor coordination
- Support delivery-related operational processes
- Work with stakeholders across different functions to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Support additional local business activities as required
Who You Are
We are looking for individuals with strong potential who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow:
- Recently graduated or in the early stages of your professional career
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
