What will you do?

Gestionar la administración de personal, incluyendo la entrega y seguimiento de documentación contractual, finiquitos y atención diaria a empleados.

Coordinar las acciones de PRL, asegurando el seguimiento de reconocimientos médicos, formación obligatoria, entrega de EPIs y control del absentismo.

Impulsar la experiencia del empleado, participando en los procesos de acogida (onboarding), comunicación interna, iniciativas de bienestar, reconocimientos y atención al empleado.

Colaborar en los procesos de selección y desarrollo, realizando entrevistas para personal operativo junto a los responsables de área y detectando necesidades formativas.

Organizar y realizar el seguimiento de la formación obligatoria y corporativa, garantizando el cumplimiento de los planes formativos y la correcta coordinación de las acciones.

What are we looking for?

Formación en Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, Psicología, ADE o similar.

 Experiencia previa en un puesto generalista de RRHH, preferiblemente en hotelería o sectores intensivos en personas.

 Conocimientos de legislación laboral y prevención de riesgos laborales.

 Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y orientación al cliente interno.

 Capacidad para trabajar con discreción, autonomía y enfoque a la resolución de problemas.
