Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and temporary climate control equipment supporting data center operations
-
Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning, heating, ventilation, dehumidification, and power equipment
-
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control system issues
-
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
-
Install, start up, and commission rental equipment at customer sites
-
Provide exceptional customer service and basic operational training to customers
-
Accurately document service work, inspections, and repairs using electronic service systems
-
Travel throughout Northeast Virginia to support customer locations
-
Follow all company and customer safety procedures, including strict data center safety protocols
-
3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
-
Experience servicing mission-critical facilities or data centers is highly preferred
-
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical systems
-
Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, chillers, package units, air handlers, and temporary climate control systems
-
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
-
EPA Universal Certification preferred
-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-
Must be at least 21 years of age
-
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory and work overtime when needed

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
