Key accountabilities

• You will facilitate new employee site inductions
• You will ensure the site compliance training needs are delivered and maintained: Food Safety, Health & Safety etc
• You will plan, organise, deliver and evaluate training
• You will manage training records to ensure audit compliance
• You will work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and source training providers
• You will support site element of pladis Academy, the business e-learning portal
• You will work with our Engagement team on site initiatives

Person Specification

• Energetic, enthusiastic with a responsiveness and flexibility to adapt to fast changing environment
• Personal resilience to manage competing priorities
• Confidence in delivery
• Collaborative with good verbal and written communication skills
• Inquisitive and willing to explore new ideas
• Passion and excitement for a career in the food industry 
• GCSE or equivalent Maths/English Grade C/4
• Confident IT skills
• Microsoft Office Skills desirable but not essential
