Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional partners, the team focuses on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence to support strategic goals. Members develop and implement sophisticated models and prototypes, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence. As part of Walmart Marketplace, the team plays a key role in accelerating growth and shaping future retail experiences through data and technology, emphasizing collaboration, leadership, and analytical expertise.
What you'll do:

• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to support business solutions and drive measurable results.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and alignment with strategic goals.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and business initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver consultative analytics solutions supporting business needs.
• Oversee data analysis strategies and guide team members in applying advanced analytics techniques.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision making to address complex business challenges.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and big data technologies to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Experience managing end-to-end analytics projects, including prototype development, testing, and implementation.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills to drive business results and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
