Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and creating a great customer experience? The Foehr Group is looking for a friendly, dependable Patient Service Representative to join our dental team in Bloomington, IL!

Dental office experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a desire to learn and grow in the dental field.

Position Overview

As a Patient Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our patients encounter and play an important role in keeping the office running smoothly. You’ll help patients feel welcome, answer questions, coordinate appointments, and support the team in delivering excellent dental care.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly, positive check-in and check-out experience.

• Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions and requests.

• Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized schedule.

• Assist with patient treatment plan follow-up and financial arrangements.

• Support the dental team with daily administrative tasks.

• Help create a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

• Work collaboratively with the office team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Dental office experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate who is eager to learn!
