Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Do you love combining creativity, data, and technology to deliver marketing that gets results? Join our growing Home Services team as an Email Marketing Specialist and help connect homeowners with the services they need.

In this role, you’ll create engaging email campaigns that nurture leads, strengthen customer relationships, drive service bookings, and support business growth across our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services. You’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, test new approaches, and turn customer insights into meaningful action.

What You’ll Do

• Create Engaging Campaigns: Develop, write, build, and launch compelling email campaigns that educate, engage, and motivate homeowners to take action.

• Nurture Leads: Build targeted communications that guide prospective customers from initial interest to scheduled appointments and completed services.

• Drive Customer Engagement: Develop campaigns that promote seasonal maintenance, service offerings, special promotions, and ongoing customer relationships.

• Personalize the Experience: Segment audiences and tailor messaging based on customer behavior, interests, service history, and lifecycle stage.

• Optimize Performance: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct A/B testing, and use data-driven insights to improve engagement, conversions, and revenue.

• Build Automation: Create and maintain automated email journeys, including lead nurturing, appointment follow-ups, customer re-engagement, and retention campaigns.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to align campaigns with business priorities, brand standards, and customer needs.

• Maintain Best Practices: Support email deliverability, database hygiene, brand consistency, and compliance with applicable email marketing regulations.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in email marketing, digital marketing, CRM marketing, or a related field.

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, customer-focused content.

• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management tools.

• Understanding of audience segmentation, marketing automation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

• A collaborative, curious mindset and enthusiasm for testing ideas and continuously improving results.

• Experience in Home Services, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other consumer service industries is a plus.
