Aftermarket Global Category Manager, Mobility Group

## What you’ll do:

Executes and drives purchasing activities to support the Global aftermarket sourcing requirements cross different categories, applies strong knowledge design and improve the aftermarket sourcing strategy to develop the right suppliers strategy to ensure products meet quality, delivery, and specification requirements at the best costs. This position will acting the interface btw supplier and Eaton to manage the commercial topics include the price, capacity, quality expectation, delivery etc.

A. You will support development of and deploy strategic initiatives to facilitate cross-business synergies across a rationalized set of global and regional preferred supplier partners.

B. You will negotiate and manage supplier contracts and relationships.

C. You will review, approve, monitor and report compliance to category agreements and strategies based upon Eaton SCM strategic directions.

D. You will develop innovative business solutions, forecast commodity projections and provide mitigation actions as applicable to ensure key metrics for the procurement function (Cost Out, DPO, Diversity Spend, etc.) are achieved.

E. You will present new planning tools, methods, technical analysis, standards and procurement opportunities to senior management that are aligned with SCM/Eaton business strategic plans initiatives.

F. You will benchmark procurement processes to develop and implement the best practices for aftermarket sourcing and work with team to develop the playbook of aftermarket sourcing processes.

G. You will ensure compliance of suppliers with Eaton SCM Sustainability Programs, and SCM policies.

H. You will plan, prepare and execute annual profit planning for the owned spend, and support execution with the business cross functional teams.

I. You will lead Supplier Business Reviews with strategic suppliers annually.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration or other degree related to area

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience buying direct material and managing commodities, especially on aftermarket

• Fluency in English
• Interpersonal communication skills and professional presence, Comfortable to manage the confliction by interactions with the stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong Willingness to learn from the mistake, can continue improve the qualified proposal and decision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which includes a strong knowledge of supply chain and purchasing problem solving tools;
• Strong statistical tools application skills;
• Expert knowledge of commodity management includes vendor selection, purchasing, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement.
• Experience on negotiation and development with global suppliers.
• Drive for results, change & adaptability and leveraging resources;

• Contract implementation experience with Global Suppliers
• knowledge of Eaton commodity products and supplier resources;
• Solid knowledge of supply chain and purchasing requirements;
• Solid knowledge of quality assurance and reporting accuracy;
• Solid knowledge and applications skills of process improvement.

Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027.
