Description
Why it's worth it:
We are looking for an energetic, highly organized Demand Generation Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing, collaborative environment. You will lead a team of Demand Generation Specialists in developing strategies that drive revenue growth, deliver best-in-class execution across key paid and owned channels, and guide integrated campaign execution end to end. You will own strategy and execution for core channels and functions — including paid media, email, web, SEO/AEO, webinars and democasts, and event promotion — and partner closely with the events and experiences team and inside sales to align on ways to accelerate pipeline and revenue conversion.
The everyday hustle:
- Build and own the demand generation plan — quarterly goals, channel mix, and budget allocation — tied directly to pipeline and revenue targets
- Manage and develop Demand Generation Specialists: set priorities, review their work, and coach them toward greater ownership and skill
- Review performance across paid, email, web, and event channels to decide where the team doubles down or pulls back
- Represent demand generation in cross-functional planning with sales, creative, and web teams, ensuring campaigns ladder up to broader revenue goals
- Own the reporting narrative for leadership — translating campaign and funnel data from Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo into a clear read on what's working and why
- Set standards and best practices for the team's use of ABM/intent tools (e.g., ZoomInfo), retargeting, and testing discipline
- Act as the escalation point when a campaign underperforms or a priority shifts, reallocating resources as needed
Do you have what it takes?
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with strong full-funnel demand generation skills, plus some experience leading or mentoring others
- A strategic thinker who can help set direction and prioritize trade-offs alongside the day-to-day work
- Solid working knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and attribution — enough to support and guide your team
- Experience helping junior marketers grow their skills and confidence
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to new or evolving processes
- Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to keep sales and marketing partners aligned
What makes you uncommon?
• Experience scaling a demand generation function or team from the ground up
• Background in CTV, linear TV, or large-scale media buys (OOH, regional takeovers)
• Relevant marketing or platform certifications
