What does this Role Contribute to Carenet?
The Demand Generation Manager contributes to Carenet by executing and optimizing integrated marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue growth. This role brings marketing strategies to life through campaign execution, marketing automation, HubSpot administration, reporting, and account-based marketing support. By maintaining marketing infrastructure, coordinating cross-functional campaign execution, and providing actionable performance insights, this position helps improve marketing effectiveness and supports stronger alignment across Digital Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and Revenue Operations.
How will Success in this Role be Measured?
Integrated marketing campaigns are launched on schedule across email, digital, content, webinar, event, and nurture channels.
Campaign assets, landing pages, forms, workflows, segmentation, and automation are built accurately in HubSpot and aligned with campaign objectives.
Marketing dashboards and recurring reports deliver timely visibility into campaign, funnel, pipeline, and revenue performance.
Lead routing, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, naming conventions, and marketing data standards are maintained accurately across HubSpot and connected sales systems.
Performance insights and tactical recommendations improve campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Sample Activities to Deliver the Goals
Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, digital, content, webinars, events, and nurture programs.
Build and manage HubSpot landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, campaign assets, segmentation, and automation.
Coordinate campaign launches, timelines, deliverables, and the marketing campaign calendar across internal stakeholders and agency partners.
Maintain campaign tracking, naming conventions, marketing data standards, CRM cleanup activities, database health initiatives, lead routing, lifecycle stages, workflow updates, and campaign attribution.
Troubleshoot campaign execution, marketing automation, and reporting issues to ensure campaigns and systems operate efficiently.
Build and maintain marketing dashboards and weekly or monthly reports that track campaign, funnel, pipeline, and revenue performance.
Analyze lead conversion trends and campaign effectiveness, then surface insights and recommendations based on marketing performance data.
Qualifications
Five to seven years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation.
Advanced HubSpot experience, including workflows, campaigns, reporting, segmentation, and automation.
Experience building and executing email marketing and nurture programs.
Strong analytical, reporting, project management, and organizational skills.
Experience working closely with sales teams and revenue operations, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred experience in healthcare, healthcare services, healthcare technology, or BPO environments.
Preferred Salesforce experience.
Preferred experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
Familiarity with marketing attribution and revenue reporting preferred.
