Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall performance marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan media budgets across Google, Meta, YouTube, Display, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, ROAS, and customer acquisition.
Campaign Management
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube).
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Plan remarketing, dynamic ads, and customer retention campaigns.
- Execute festive, seasonal, and promotional campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics including: ROAS / ROI / CAC / CPA / AOV
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.
SEO & Organic Growth Coordination
- Coordinate with the SEO agency for organic growth initiatives.
- Align paid and organic strategies for maximum visibility.
- Monitor Search Console and GA4 insights.
Tracking & Measurement
- Ensure proper implementation and validation of: Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager / Meta Pixel / Google Ads Conversion Tracking
- Work closely with technical teams to maintain accurate tracking.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage performance marketing agencies and digital partners.
- Conduct weekly review meetings.
- Evaluate campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
- Ensure timely execution of action plans. .
Budget Management
- Prepare monthly and quarterly media plans.
- Monitor budget utilization and optimize spend.

Qualifications & Exp
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previously worked with digital marketing agency to manage performance ads
- 5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- At least 3 years managing campaigns with monthly media spends of 10 lakh+
- Google Ads and GA4 certifications are an advantage.
