Business Development Manager

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving Designity’s next stage of growth by creating new business opportunities with the right brands. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build pipeline through smart outbound strategy, strong messaging, and full ownership of their work. This is a highly independent role for someone who can take responsibility for their process, manage their lane with confidence, and consistently turn effort into meaningful commercial results. You should be someone who not only executes at a high level, but also looks for smarter ways to work by using AI to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and strengthen output.
