Business Services Officer

We are working closely with YPO to assist with the appointment of a Business Services Officer, on a 2-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £13.50 - £17.77 per hour

Summary:

The Business Services Officer will support the smooth running of business operations by maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and assisting with committee and senior leadership activities.

Responsibilities:

• Administer company and lease vehicles, including vehicle ordering, records, insurance, servicing, training, accidents and fleet compliance.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and fleet records and ensure relevant processes are completed within required timescales.
• Support business operations through travel bookings, purchase orders and general administrative duties.
• Assist with meeting administration, including organising meetings and maintaining relevant records.
• Provide administrative support to Committee Services.
• Assist with Senior Leadership Team diary management.

Essentials:

• Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
• Experience managing records and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Experience liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting meetings, diaries, travel arrangements or similar administrative processes would be advantageous.
• Experience working within a small team and providing flexible administrative support.
