Inventory & Procurement Specialist

We're looking for a sharp, organised Inventory & Procurement Specialist to sit at the heart of our supply chain. You'll own demand forecasting, purchase order management, and supplier relationships — working closely with the Head of Inventory & Supply Growth to keep our global stock flowing smoothly across channels and markets.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll be the person who spots a stock risk before it becomes a problem, chases a supplier before a deadline slips, and keeps our inventory data clean and actionable.

What You'll Do

Demand Planning

• Build and maintain demand forecasts across SKUs and markets, using sales data, seasonality, and promotional calendars
• Monitor stock levels daily and flag risks — low stock, overstock, and slow movers — before they become expensive problems
• Work with the e-commerce and sales teams to factor in campaigns, launches, and market trends into forecasting

Purchasing & Order Management

• Raise and manage purchase orders from creation through to goods receipt
• Track lead times, shipment progress, and delivery confirmations — following up proactively when things slip
• Maintain accurate PO records in Odoo (or equivalent ERP) and ensure inventory data is always up to date

Supplier Relationships

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for key suppliers — building reliable working relationships
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and minimum order quantities where appropriate
• Identify and onboard backup suppliers to reduce single-source risk

Reporting & Process

• Produce regular inventory and purchasing reports for the Head of Inventory & Supply Growth
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest practical improvements
• Support audits, stock counts, and reconciliations as needed
