A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager of Legal Technology to drive the strategy and execution of mission-critical platforms across Lennar's Legal Technology portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Legal & Compliance Technology, this is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can own a multi-platform roadmap — including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) on ServiceNow Contract Management Pro, ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD), and Legal Tracker + CoCounsel, lead cross-organizational teams and external implementors for project deliver, and represent Corporate Systems in front of executive stakeholders.

You will help lead the responsible scaling of AI-powered application development (Claude for Legal, and emerging legal AI platforms under evaluation) from proof-of-concept into governed, production-grade capability, and translate legal complexity into a coherent technology strategy.

This is a rare opportunity to lead at scale, shaping critical outcomes while demonstrating exceptional ownership, product craft, and strategic clarity.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Partner with Legal and IT to jointly build and execute the multi-year product roadmap and strategic vision for Legal Technology platforms, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) on ServiceNow Contract Management Pro, ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD), and Legal Tracker + CoCounsel.
  • Establish and maintain shared prioritization frameworks and OKRs with Legal and business stakeholders across concurrent workstreams, balancing platform implementation, integrations, and AI initiatives against business value and risk.
  • Own the technical delivery and implementation of Legal Technology systems of record and workflow platforms – including CLM (ServiceNow Contract Management Pro), ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD), and Legal Tracker + CoCounsel – ensuring solutions are configured, integrated, and deployed to meet Legal's operational needs.
  • Define the enterprise integration strategy connecting legal systems with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and our enterprise eSignature platform, ensuring architectural coherence as new systems are onboarded.
  • Partner with the Sr. Director, Legal Technology to shape long-range technology strategy for Legal Technology, including build-vs-buy and vendor rationalization decisions.
  • Set strategy and governance for AI-powered capabilities using Claude for Legal and other legal AI platforms under evaluation, scaling proven use cases — contract review, document extraction, OFAC/entity screening, matter classification — from proof-of-concept to production.
  • Direct prioritization of high-value automation opportunities across the portfolio and represent AI initiatives to executive and compliance stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract performance for platform providers and implementation partners, escalating and resolving delivery risk.
  • Serve as the senior liaison between Legal and Corporate Systems leadership, translating technology capability into business outcomes for VP- and executive-level audiences.
  • Own executive status reporting, business cases, and staffing proposals; present roadmap, risk, and investment recommendations to leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Legal Operations, Compliance, and IT stakeholders on shared priorities and dependencies.
  • Identify and champion process and automation improvements that materially reduce manual effort or improve data quality across legal operations.

Your Toolbox

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical product management, systems implementation, or platform ownership within a corporate legal, compliance, or enterprise technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a multi-platform product roadmap spanning legal technology (Legal Tracker/CoCounsel, Mitratech, Wolters Kluwer, or comparable matter management/eBilling systems).
  • Experience directing CLM implementations.
  • Experience managing legal workflow platforms including intake, matter routing, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise eSignature platforms as integration points
  • Experience leading the work of teams that do not report directly to you
  • Systems thinking at a portfolio level: able to connect legal business strategy to a coherent enterprise technology roadmap.
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting strategy, risk, and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborative, humble lead who builds trust and influence across legal, technology, and vendor teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change; able to bring structure and focus to evolving environments.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models, with proficiency in GitHub or equivalent portfolio and project tooling.
  • We're looking for a leader who is both hungry to drive meaningful impact and humble enough to continuously learn and grow alongside their team.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
