As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will proactively identify and engage top talent to build robust candidate pipelines, directly supporting Rosendin's sustained growth as an employee-owned electrical contractor. You will play a crucial role in sourcing diverse candidates for craft, field leadership, and corporate positions, ensuring we attract the skilled professionals who will contribute to our collective success and share in our ownership.What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-depth research and market mapping to identify potential candidates for critical roles across Rosendin's field and corporate functions.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and professional networks, to build targeted talent pools.
- Develop and execute engaging outreach strategies to connect with passive candidates, articulating Rosendin's employee-owner value proposition.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, presenting qualified individuals to Talent Acquisition Recruiters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the ATS/CRM, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and align sourcing efforts.
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics, such as conversion rates and channel effectiveness, to continuously refine strategies and improve efficiency.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in talent sourcing, particularly within the construction and electrical trades.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by authentically representing Rosendin's culture and values to prospective candidates.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
- Proven ability to conduct advanced Boolean searches and utilize various online sourcing techniques to identify high-quality candidates.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and professional approach to candidate engagement.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ideally Workday or similar platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative talent acquisition team.
- A foundational understanding of the electrical construction industry and the types of roles, skills, and certifications relevant to Rosendin's business.
What You Bring to Us:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of dedicated experience in talent sourcing or a similar recruitment support role, preferably within a high-volume hiring environment.
- Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for diverse roles, including technical, skilled trades, and professional positions.
- Experience with proactive candidate outreach and engagement strategies.
