The Opportunity

We are seeking a Global Product Manager, Coronary Physiology to join the Global Strategic Marketing team within Abbott's Vascular business, based in Santa Clara, CA.

This is a fully onsite, individual contributor role with significant global visibility and influence.

Our Vascular business develops innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of coronary and peripheral vascular disease.

As a global leader and trusted partner in cardiovascular medical technologies, Abbott’s Vascular business is dedicated to advancing care for people impacted by cardiovascular disease. We develop and deliver life-changing, minimally invasive technologies that empower clinicians to navigate complex cases with greater insight, intuition, and innovation.

Within Vascular, the Imaging & Physiology franchise is a cornerstone of the business, generating approximately $500M in annual revenue and serving as a strategic growth platform for Abbott's portfolio of complex cardiovascular solutions. By combining advanced imaging, physiological assessment, software innovation, and digital technologies, the franchise enables physicians to optimize diagnosis and treatment decisions for patients with coronary artery disease.

Coronary Physiology sits at the intersection of medical devices, software, data analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.

As Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a strategic segment of Abbott's Coronary Physiology portfolio, driving product performance, commercial execution, and market development on a global scale. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of physiology-guided care at a time when data-driven decision making, AI-enabled technologies, workflow optimization, and integrated digital solutions are transforming cardiovascular interventions worldwide.

You will lead a strategic portion of Abbott's Coronary Physiology portfolio which includes software, capital equipment, and medical disposables while identifying and evaluating growth opportunities across customer segments, geographic markets, reimbursement initiatives, and market development programs.

You will own the downstream product lifecycle from commercialization through end-of-life management, developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive adoption, utilization, and sustainable growth. Success in this role requires the ability to translate customer insights into actionable business strategies, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and partner closely with regional marketing teams to deliver differentiated customer value across diverse healthcare markets.

This highly visible position requires a strong foundation in downstream marketing, commercialization strategy, market development, product lifecycle management, and global go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess the strategic thinking, leadership, and executional excellence needed to accelerate growth within one of Abbott's most important cardiovascular franchises.

This role provides an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while building broad commercial leadership experience across a global business poised for continued innovation and growth.

While this role has no direct reports, it requires significant leadership through influence across regional marketing, commercial, clinical, R&D, regulatory, reimbursement, and executive stakeholders. This role also includes responsibility for collaborating with strategic external technology and manufacturing partners that contribute to Abbott's Coronary Physiology portfolio.

This portfolio also presents the unique ability to partner with Upstream Marketing, Digital, R&D, Clinical, and Commercial teams to shape software-enabled solutions that improve customer workflow, clinical decision making, and economic value.
