Senior Manager, Program Management (Business Planning)

Role Overview 

We are looking for a seasoned leader to partner closely with our Business Development team to build programs and methodologies focused on Buyability and Selection Quality. This individual will be responsible for working cross-functionally across various stakeholders including; product teams, engineering teams, catalog teams, and various business leaders. This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail, a knack for operational process planning, analytical capabilities, and strong business acumen. Additionally, this candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, and will own working with multiple operational processes across a wide range of stakeholder teams. The candidate will have a successful track record of collaborative relationship building, program and project management, experiencing leading projects, and reporting and analysis capabilities. 

What You Will Do 

Define the vision for category growth through best-in-class inputs across availability, price sharpness and delivery experience 

Develop detailed plans to scale existing initiatives and create roadmap for new initiatives with clear objectives and goals 

Partner closely with brand managers (buyer), marketing team, and pricing team to align on cross functional goals and processes for specific categories 

Monitor program performance, resolve issues and collaborate on improvement plans to ensure seamless integration and high operational standards. 

Create detailed category scorecard with inputs and defect metrics to understand category health. Present reports and detailed documents to stakeholders and leadership. 

 

Basic Qualifications 

Minimum 8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, program management, or e-commerce General problem solver with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills who can deep dive into different problem domains 
Business experience project/ program management, operations, or customer service within eCommerce 
Ability to adapt to fast-changing environment 
Ability to work independently and within a team 

AI/LLM proficiency preferred
