Job Description

You will sign off on all power industrial equipment, perform routine fork-lift truck inspections and promptly report equipment issues to supervisors for repair. You will ensure goods are stored efficiently and accurately for accessible picking and executes warehouse storage processes, including stock counts, stock verification, stock movements, stock corrections, and value-added operations, with a focus on the highest level of quality.

 

Your role:

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments while ensuring quality, patient safety, and compliance with customs, import, and environmental requirements; maintain accurate WMS/ERP records.
• Manage inventory activities including storage, cycle counts, stock verification, stock movements, and inventory adjustments.
• Execute order fulfillment processes including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping with a focus on quality and patient safety.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issues to support safe warehouse operations.
• Assist with troubleshooting warehouse equipment and support maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions.
• You must be able to travel between our locations at New Kensington and Mount Pleasant.

 

You're the right fit if:

• You have acquired at least 1 year of warehouse experience using a warehouse management system is  a plus.
• You have a high school diploma.
• You have an equipment certification – forklift, stand up, and double-rider.
• You are proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, and any SAP experience is a plus.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

 

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in New Kensington & Mount Pleasant, PA is $17.38 to $27.81 hourly.

 

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
