Pay Range: $19.00 - $30.35 hourly

Position Overview:

Warehouse Operators play a critical role in supporting production by ensuring all materials, ingredients, and supplies needed for manufacturing are available, accurate, and delivered on time. They are responsible for receiving raw materials, supplying ingredients to production, managing inventory, and preparing finished goods for shipment.

Operators must be able to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment, maintain strong attention to detail, and follow all safety and quality procedures. This role requires flexibility, including availability for mandatory overtime, and a willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and meet production demands.

What You'll Do 

· Load and unload trailers at all facilities (Main Plant, East Warehouse, ADC1).

· Operate the backpad area, including cardboard recycling, packaging bin handling, general waste disposal, and baler operation, while maintaining GMP compliance.

· Perform tail-off driving, including printing pallet labels, ensuring timely pallet pickup to maintain line operations, transporting pallets to stretch wrap, and keeping packaging lines supplied.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, and applicable regulations. Maintain all required competencies related to product legality, safety, and quality in accordance with the Quality Policy and GFSI standards.

· Act with honesty, accountability, and respect in all interactions. Support a culture of integrity by speaking up when behaviors or risks may negatively affect employees, customers, the community, the environment, or the business.

· Perform all job duties—along with any assigned responsibilities—in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· 2–5 years of experience in warehousing or logistics.

· RF scanner experience preferred.
