Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Monitor the flow of inventory, materials, and finished products to ensure operational efficiency and meet customer demand.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform transactions within inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and stage outgoing materials and products for shipment according to established procedures.
• Support warehouse organization, material handling, and inventory control best practices.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while performing daily responsibilities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
• Ability to accurately track, record, and reconcile inventory transactions.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in accordance with safety guidelines.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience in a manufacturing, food ingredient, or chemical production environment.
• Forklift certification and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control methodologies, cycle counting, and continuous improvement practices.
