Receptionist – Senior Living Community
Five evenings a week:
Thursday through Monday 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Grand Villa and Port Charlotte are excited to invite a friendly, professional, and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. This vital role offers an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our senior living community, ensuring residents, guests, and visitors receive exceptional service and a warm first impression. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support community events and activities as needed
- Be flexible with scheduling, including working five evenings per week from Thursday through Monday, 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
- Serve as the first point of contact, embodying the welcoming spirit of Grand Villa
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evening hours and adapt to scheduling needs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is a plus
