Hiring Risk Manager (Forex or Brokerage Experience) | Lahore Onsite
About the Company:
Saint Lucia based Forex brokerage company operating in Lahore, Pakistan.
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to establish and manage the risk management framework for a new independent forex.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing risk policies, monitoring client and aggregate trading exposure, establishing risk limits, designing hedging and exposure-control rules, managing margin and leverage risk, and implementing effective risk monitoring and reporting procedures.
The Risk Manager will work closely with senior management, compliance, finance, operations and technology teams to ensure that the brokerage operates within its approved risk appetite and applicable regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in forex or CFD brokerage risk management, market exposure analysis, hybrid execution models, hedging strategies, stress testing and the development of risk controls for a retail trading environment

Risk Reporting and Governance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
3. Required Qualifications and Experience
Typically, 3–5+ years of experience in market risk, forex brokerage risk management, CFD brokerage operations or a comparable financial-services role.
Demonstrable experience managing or designing risk controls for a retail forex or CFD brokerage.
Strong understanding of hybrid A-book/B-book execution models and the risks associated with internalisation and external hedging.
Practical experience with exposure monitoring, position limits, hedging policies and concentration-risk management.
Experience developing stress tests, scenario analysis, risk dashboards and management reports.
Ability to build policies and procedures from the ground up in a pre-launch business environment.
4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed using an agreed set of risk-management and control-effectiveness metrics, including:
Completion of the risk management framework.
Establishment and maintenance of approved risk limits.
Accuracy and timeliness of risk reports.
Effectiveness of market exposure and concentration monitoring.
Timely escalation and resolution of risk-limit breaches.
Completion of stress tests and scenario analyses according to the approved schedule.
Completion of risk assessments for new products and material business changes.
Continuous improvement in risk controls, reporting quality and governance.
