We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to create an exceptional experience for every guest. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of Drybar, helping clients check in, managing appointments, recommending retail products, and promoting memberships while keeping the front desk running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, such as retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service

• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems strongly preferred

• Previous salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A passion for delivering exceptional, personalized customer service

• The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a busy environment

• Comfort working at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail

• A professional, positive demeanor, even under pressure

• Basic technical proficiency and the ability to learn and operate POS and booking systems

• The ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods during shifts lasting 6–8 hours

• Welcome guests and create a warm, inviting first impression

• Manage check-ins, appointments, payments, and front-desk operations

• Recommend retail products and promote Drybar memberships

• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

• Support the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk area
