- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Configure and enhance Kinaxis Maestro to improve planning effectiveness and business performance.
- Lead testing, validation, change management, and system enhancements.
- Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Ensure applications remain compliant, reliable, and aligned with Vantive's digital transformation strategy.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an IT role supporting supply chain planning systems or enterprise applications.
- Typically, 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, ideally within Supply Planning or Demand Planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, data models, and integrations, with experience configuring Kinaxis RapidResponse, including planning workbooks, worksheets, alerts, scenarios, scheduled tasks, scorecards, automation chains, and dashboards.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving process improvements.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar), APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience supporting testing, validation, and change management activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
Preferred
- Kinaxis certifications (Author, Administrator, and/or Integration).
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
Why Join Vantive?
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how a global healthcare organization plans, makes decisions, and delivers for patients worldwide. You'll work with cutting-edge planning technology, collaborate with international teams, and have a direct impact on business performance and digital transformation.
