Create & Manage Organizational Comms Calendar + Impacts US Convenience Team Rallies/Create and Execute all Executive Communications (including LinkedIn & Viva Engage), create and execute Monthly Recap (Above Store team) Quarterly Business Reviews (4x/year) Company + Leader Recognition (Awards & Profiles) Monthly Big Rocks Newsletters (Celebration/Culture) Special Meetings & Milestone Celebrations (e.g., 50th anniversary, Reactive Press/Media Management Store Opening Announcements/Celebrations - ampm & thorntons External Affairs support Communications Campaigns (proactive transformation, bp Transformation) Future Snd reactive); Strategy and execution including stakeholder analysis and project and initiative announcements - Examples include epic goods, Summer Selling Season, Marketing & Merchandising promotions Content development and communications for various business events (e.g., GMC, Roadshows, etc.) Leader social engagement (posts and amplification) RACB comms - Annual rollout & quarterly RACB update comms Facilitation of speaker approvals for external events Franchisee Communications Support for Comms tags -Intergration, Change & Transformation Communications (i.e., ITKs, M&CA tate: Weekly Ops Communication Ownership & Facilitation Lisa's Weekly Snapshot - sent to Darlene

What you will deliver:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication and external affairs strategies aligned with BP's business objectives.
• Advocate for BP's positions and interests with external stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, and NGOs.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, providing strategic insights to inform communication efforts and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Manage and execute digital communication campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Foster strong internal communication channels to drive employee engagement and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders through proactive engagement and collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, effectively conveying complex information.
• Craft clear, concise, and impactful written communications, including press releases, reports, and internal memos.

What you will need to be successful:

• Proven experience in advocacy and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Agility core practices.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of commercial principles and market dynamics.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in creating and measuring the impact of communication initiatives.
