Overview

We are hiring a Data Governance Manager to help shape how data is organised, trusted and used across VF Corporation’s global media activity. You’ll create clear standards that connect digital activation, reporting and performance measurement across more than ten markets. Working with teams across Publicis and VF Corporation, you’ll turn complex data requirements into practical ways of working that support accurate reporting and confident decision-making.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and evolve a global data governance framework covering workflows, standards, taxonomies and procedures.
• Own taxonomy governance across dashboards, planning tools and data-enabled systems, ensuring information is structured consistently.
• Maintain the global data dictionary, keeping definitions, metadata and structures aligned with business objectives and reporting needs.
• Build a clear catalogue of data sources, ownership, usage and lineage across Publicis and VF Corporation.
• Monitor compliance and data quality, identify issues early and coordinate practical improvements with global teams.
• Partner with analytics, activation, planning and market teams to resolve data challenges and strengthen reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to the data and reporting roadmap by identifying opportunities for better tools, automation and scalable processes.

 

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in data governance, data management or analytics within digital marketing, media or another multi-market environment.
• A strong understanding of taxonomies, metadata standards, data quality processes and their role within a connected data ecosystem.
• Practical knowledge of digital media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, DV360 or Google Ads.
• Experience using business intelligence and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio.
• Confident Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data manipulation, with the ability to clean and validate datasets.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to make technical data concepts accessible to a range of stakeholders.
• A collaborative and organised approach, with sound judgement and the ability to take ownership of multiple governance workstreams.
