Associate Account Manager - Commercial Lines
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Account Manager - Commercial Lines to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting a expansion efforts and will play a key part in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
- Work Environment: Remote for the initial months, transitioning to a hybrid model long-term
- Equipment: Provided for remote work
- Comprehensive benefits package available upon request
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing complex commercial accounts, including Contractors, Real Estate, Farm/Ag, and Trucking, with premiums ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
- Handle smaller business accounts independently while providing support on larger, more intricate accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business using online portals and AMS 360 software.
- Issue certificates of insurance and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain and update client records in AMS 360.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in AMS 360 software is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to quote using online portals.
- Strong experience with certificates of insurance is a must.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
