- Act as Technical Product Owner for the implementation, rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Veeva QMS capabilities within VISION
- Translate business requirements from Quality Management, Manufacturing, Laboratory, Regulatory, and GxP-relevant stakeholders into clear functional and technical product backlog items
1. Education / Professional Certification
- University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
2. Experience
- More than 10 years of relevant professional experience in SAP QM, LIMS, QMS systems, quality process digitalization, or regulated system implementation within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other GxP-relevant environments; experience with Veeva QMS is strongly preferred.
1. Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics
- Strong functional and technical understanding of Quality Management processes and systems, preferably including Veeva QMS, SAP QM, LIMS, and related enterprise platforms;
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Business Process Owner, Solution Lead, or Senior Business Expert in global QMS, ERP, or laboratory system implementation programs;
- Experience with end-to-end implementation activities including requirements engineering, solution design, backlog management, configuration support, testing, validation, deployment, and hypercare;
- Good understanding of regulated environments, computerized system validation, GxP expectations, data integrity principles, quality compliance requirements, and relevant certification standards such as ISO 13485 and MDSAP;
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret regulatory and quality requirements and translate them into practical business processes, system requirements, and implementation priorities;
- Ability to connect business process needs with technical solution capabilities and to communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders;
- Experience in integrating QMS processes with SAP QM, MES, LIMS, document management, training, and reporting solutions is an advantage;
- Structured, analytical, and result-oriented working style with the ability to manage complexity, dependencies, and multiple stakeholder expectations in an international environment;
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written; German or other languages are an advantage.
