Patient Service Representative – Fayetteville, GA

Dental One Associates is looking for an experienced and friendly Patient Service Representative to join our team in Fayetteville, GA!

If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for patients, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be an important part of our team, helping patients navigate their appointments and treatment while supporting the day-to-day needs of the practice.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer phones and respond to patient questions and concerns
• Schedule, confirm, and maintain patient appointments
• Follow up with patients regarding cancellations and no-shows
• Register patients and maintain accurate patient information
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts
• Monitor and respond to voicemail
• Help patients understand their treatment and financial arrangements
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
• Work closely with the dental team and Office Manager to provide an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Dental office experience required
• Previous experience answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with patient payments is a plus
• Knowledge of HMO/PPO dental insurance is a plus
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment

  • Monday: 7:40 AM–5:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 7:40 AM–5:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 6:40 AM–2:30 PM
  • Thursday: 7:40 AM–5:30 PM
  • Friday: 6:40 AM–1:30 PM
