About the role 

Telstra’s in-house creative agency is looking for a Senior Producer to play a critical role in the delivery of Telstra’s marketing campaigns, with a focus on Telstra Enterprise.  
 
This role is the delivery lead within the newly formed In-house creative agency, responsible for managing the end-to-end process and successful delivery of marketing campaigns within the agency. You will work alongside strategists, creatives and campaign managers to plan and lead the workflows across consumer, business, enterprise and corporate creative projects. Also creating strong relationships with suppliers, ranging from print, animation and live content capture. 
 
This is a senior role, requiring strong autonomy, stakeholder management and production execution experience. Beyond execution, this role will oversee production quality and contribute to creative excellence - bringing both technical expertise and a customer-first approach to the team. The ideal candidate is a highly capable, self-sufficient delivery expert, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle producing, editing and outputting content seamlessly, without needing extensive oversight.  

Key Responsibilities 

In your role as Senior Producer, you will be responsible for elevating Telstra’s creative standards across all customer engagement touchpoints, including social, digital, retail and GTM campaigns. Especially, series-based content for the sales nurture funnel, including case study and explainer videos. You will focus on building a culture of creativity, innovation, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will ensure that customer insights and data-driven strategies inform creative solutions, driving impactful and effective campaigns.

Creative Planning & Execution  

• Develop and maintain a structured project calendar, ensuring visibility across agency functions of work in progress. 

• Managing POs and ensuring the correct approvals to follow finance processes. 

• Ensure that creative deliverables are within the scope of the budget. 

• Work closely with Strategists and Marketing Teams to align content with business priorities.  

• Ensure creative meets brand guidelines, media requirements and best practices.  

Workflow & Stakeholder Coordination  

• Coordinate content briefings, ensuring Creatives, Designers and Copywriters are aligned on objectives and deadlines.  

• Streamline workflows, optimising production, review and approval processes for efficiency.  

• Collaborate with Marketing Automation teams to ensure proper content deployment and audience segmentation is considered in the creative process.  

• Work together with the Creative Services Lead to develop ways of working and reporting. 

• When needed, cover and/or assist Creative Services Lead in prioritisation and review of briefs. 

Performance & Optimization  

• Monitor content performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and use insights to build on project briefs in the future. 

• Work with media and analytics teams to integrate insights into future content planning.  

The successful candidate will have: 

• 5+ years of experience in campaign production, content management or digital marketing.  

• Strong understanding of enterprise and/or small business marketing sales funnels.  
  Experience in production across print, motion and digital assets.  

• Experience delivering high volume, serial video content development. 

• Confident in communicating and managing senior marketing team members. 

• Proven ability to work autonomously, leading content execution end to end.  

• Experience with performance tracking tools and content testing frameworks.  

• Project management and workflow management experience across tools and platforms (Smartsheets, Workfront, Jira, etc)   

This Senior Producer role is a key position within the in-house agency team, ensuring that Telstra’s communications are strategic, data driven and high performing.
