Our diverse, bright and inspired workforce is committed to bettering the communities we serve through breakthrough thinking and innovations. Your goals, ideas and perspective can help shape our future – we look forward to hearing them!

This role primarily exists to develop, govern, standardize and continuously improve quality systems, quality controls and quality-engineering practices across BBNA manufacturing operations. The role ensures products and processes consistently meet customer, company, regulatory and certification requirements while reducing variation, defects, rework, scrap, warranty claims and overall cost of poor quality through data-driven analysis, problem solving, auditing and continuous improvement.

Key Focus Areas

·         Develop, maintain and improve BBNA quality management systems by creating, standardizing and supporting implementation of procedures, work instructions, inspection methods and quality standards across manufacturing operations.

·         Improve manufacturing process and product capability through statistical analysis, process monitoring, capability assessments and implementation of effective process controls.

·         Lead and facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities to eliminate recurring quality issues and improve overall manufacturing performance.

·         Improve customer satisfaction by investigating customer complaints, claims and warranty issues, identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions.

·         Support internal, customer and third-party audits by conducting assessments, documenting findings and ensuring timely and effective closure of corrective actions.

·         Improve supplier quality performance by collaborating with suppliers, Supply Chain and Purchasing to resolve material-related issues and drive corrective actions.

·         Develop and maintain enterprise quality metrics, dashboards and reporting systems that provide visibility to quality performance and improvement opportunities.

·         Build quality capability across BBNA manufacturing operations through coaching, training, facilitation and sharing of best practices.

·         Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve quality, productivity, consistency and customer value across BBNA operations.
