Shaw Media is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our digital team in DeKalb. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented and enjoy keeping multiple projects moving, this is an opportunity to build your career in digital media and advertising.
As Digital Campaign Manager, you’ll help turn advertising orders into successful campaigns. You’ll work closely with our sales and digital fulfillment partners, to make sure campaigns are set up correctly, launched on time, monitored and delivered successfully.

What You’ll Do
You’ll manage and coordinate the day-to-day execution of digital advertising campaigns across a variety of products, including display advertising, email marketing, newsletters, sponsored content, contests and promotions. Responsibilities include campaign setup, creative management, monitoring delivery, troubleshooting issues and preparing campaign reporting.
An important part of the role will be working directly with Shaw Media’s digital fulfillment partners and vendors. You’ll help coordinate campaign launches, provide the information and creative assets partners need, troubleshoot delivery or technical issues, and make sure campaigns meet client expectations and deadlines.
You’ll also work directly in platforms such as Google Ad Manager while supporting recurring Shaw Media products including newsletters, eNewspaper sponsorships, high school campaigns, Best Of/Favorites programs and other digital initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with both technology and people. You should be able to manage details and deadlines while communicating effectively with sales representatives, internal teams, clients and outside digital partners.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of experience in digital media, marketing support or administrative/data-entry work. Strong technical skills and Excel proficiency are important. Familiarity with HTML/JavaScript, Google Ad Manager or similar digital platforms is a plus.
