We are seeking a savvy Digital Content & Campaign Manager with prior Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join our team.  

At Atlantic Emergency Solutions and Atlantic Heavy Duty, our employees support organizations that provide and service fire trucks, ambulances, refuse vehicles, and equipment that our customers rely on every day. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team and provide support across both companies and multiple locations.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Full-time, in-office position, in Yorktown, VA
• Paid holidays, no waiting period

 Key Job Duties: 

•  Execution of SEO/SEM, marketing database, and digital ad campaigns
• Utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, execute and optimize email campaigns and customer journey workflows
• Collaborate with organization representatives, factory staff, and product partners to curate content for use in email campaigns
• Use analytics tools to gather data, create comprehensive reports and distribute metrics
• Manage website content for multiple sites by creating landing pages, adapting assets, and publishing updates
• Utilize an established sales pipeline to distribute sales leads effectively
• Develop and execute SMS text campaigns for sales and service campaigns
• Assist with online recruiting
• Up to 20% travel may be required, including attending regional events, customer demos and visiting other corporate offices

Requirements

• Individuals must be highly motivated, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills to allow effective interaction with all levels of the organization and external customers
• Must have strong content creation and copywriting abilities with prior email marketing experience required
• Must have the ability to work independently, work under pressure of deadlines, handle multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail
• Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in marketing
• Business or a related field and two years of related experience 
• Routinely be required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light to medium weight (10-40 pounds) frequently and occasionally life items up to 100lbs with or without assistance
• Tasks may involve periods of time at keyboard or workstation

Work environment and physical demands
