  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business unit and functional leaders on strategic alternatives, partnership structures, market positioning, and strategic transaction opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, Engineering, and Business Units throughout all phases of the deal process.
  • Represent Micron externally as a senior ambassador at industry conferences, investor forums, and ecosystem events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in M&A, corporate development, venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Demonstrated track record of sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing strategic transactions with measurable financial and business outcomes.
  • Experience leading or shaping corporate development strategy at a large-scale enterprise, including portfolio prioritization, deal pacing, integration planning, and post-close value realization.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, business valuation, strategic analysis, and executive-level investment recommendations.
  • Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional deal teams and influence senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and deliver compelling executive- and board-level narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive external network across investment banks, private equity firms, venture capital funds, founders, industry analysts, and the AI, Semiconductor, memory, storage, and advanced compute ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting or leading corporate development strategy in a global technology, semiconductor, hardware, or advanced compute environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills across internal and external senior stakeholders.
