## Tasks
- Supporting the founder Cephas in day-to-day marketing and event planning tasks
- Assisting with social media campaigns, content creation, and scheduling
- Helping coordinate and produce FOMO events, including on-site support and UGC content
- Contributing ideas to marketing initiatives and brand storytelling
- Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Helping manage communications with partners, collaborators, and attendees
## Requirements
- Strong interest in marketing, events, and brand building
- First hands-on experience in social media, marketing, or events coordination
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a small team
- Proficiency in Notion, Canva, CapCut, Edits
- Very good German and English skills
- Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and contribute to all aspects of the brand
