  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews and process audits to guarantee continuous adherence to established company standards.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams in root cause analysis for internal and external non-conformances, ensuring prompt validation and resolution.

Who You Are:

  • Hands-on, results-oriented engineer dedicated to driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong bias for action and root-cause resolution.
  • Energetic and passionate quality advocate committed to maintaining compliance with internal standards and industry certifications.
  • Detail-oriented professional skilled at translating complex customer requirements into scalable Harbinger quality systems to deliver best-in-class products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or a related technical discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality systems and manufacturing quality focused on continuous improvement.
  • ASQ Certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
