We are seeking a talented and dedicated Computer Engineer II to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software code and components that meet our business needs and technical standards. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full SDLC, including coding, unit testing, integration, and defect resolution.
- Support system integration and Developmental Test (DT) activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation (design descriptions, test procedures, user guides).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems engineering, cybersecurity, T&E).
- Follow configuration management and version control processes.
- Implement secure coding practices and support RMF-aligned requirements.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience in computer design, software development or computer networks.
- Bachelor's level degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
- Experience in Agile or iterative development environments.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.
