Our well-established dental practice, Robstown Dentistry & Orthodontics, is seeking a strong, experienced Office Manager to lead our team and help drive continued growth within a fast-paced, patient-focused practice. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in leadership, communicates with confidence and professionalism, and takes ownership of office performance and team culture. Qualifications
- 5+ years of limited Office Manager experience
- Prior dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong knowledge in Medicaid, A/R, dental terminology, insurance processes, breakdown, and understanding, leadership, and treatment planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in dental practice management software- Dentrix knowledge is a must
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
