Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Troy, Missouri.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role within brand-new Federally Qualified Health Center opening April 2026
• Structured template-based clinic model focused on comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
• No hospital responsibilities and no weekend requirements supporting provider work-life balance
• Collaborative mission-driven healthcare environment with mentorship from engaged leadership team
• Troy, Missouri location offering affordable housing, low cost of living, and convenient access to St. Louis

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $275,000
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 – $20,000
• Productivity and quality-based bonus opportunities
• Relocation assistance available
• NHSC and HPSA loan repayment eligible site

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Some clinic sites offer four 10-hour shifts
• No weekend coverage required
• Phone and text call approximately one week annually
• Administrative time provided once reaching 200 patients monthly

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients across the lifespan
• Manage approximately 15–20 patients daily using capped scheduling templates
• Develop continuity of care and preventative treatment plans
• Collaborate within structured team-based care environment
• Maintain documentation and patient management within outpatient clinic workflows
• Support mission-focused healthcare delivery within underserved communities

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work within structured team-based care environment REQUIRED
• Commitment to mission-focused community healthcare REQUIRED
• Comfortable with 20-mile non-compete radius REQUIRED
