What you’ll do 

Marketing at In The Pocket is hands-on and varied. As our Marketing Specialist, you own three key areas: digital campaigns, events and content. You work closely with the Marketing Manager and a small, driven team, but you're also expected to take the wheel independently. You keep multiple projects moving at once, without losing sight of the details. If you like structure, ownership and seeing concrete results from your efforts, this role is for you.

Digital Campaigns

• You set up and manage paid campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, from briefing to go-live.
• You track performance closely and translate the data into concrete recommendations : what's working, what isn't and what to do next.
• You actively look for ways to improve. You don't wait to be asked; you bring ideas to the table.

Event Management

• Together with the Marketing Manager and the team, you define the goal, format and target audience for each event in Belgium, the Netherlands and Romania.
• From that point, you take ownership of the execution: finding venues, reaching out to speakers, managing registrations and keeping internal stakeholders in the loop.
• On the day itself, you're present: welcoming guests, handling the unexpected and making sure the event lands well. Travel is part of the job.

Website & Content

• You support the day-to-day management of our website, keeping content accurate, up to date and well-structured.
• You contribute to content marketing initiatives — from briefing to publishing — working closely with the broader marketing team.
• You help maintain consistency across our digital channels, making sure what we put out reflects who we are.

Who you are 

• You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• You have a few years of relevant professional experience and feel at ease managing multiple projects at once.
• You have hands-on experience with digital campaigns — Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads. This is a hard requirement.
• You have experience coordinating or supporting events, ideally in a B2B context.
• You're a strong project manager: you structure your work well, keep an eye on deadlines and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
• You're intrigued by where the world & AI is moving and are passionately integrating AI in every part of your job.
• You're precise, curious and driven to deliver quality work. You take ownership and don't let things fall through the cracks.
• Experience with HubSpot is a strong plus. We're happy to invest in training where needed.
