This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The Role of Sales Executive :

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of business opportunities across key market segments, including Leisure, MICE, Corporate, Government, Luxury Groups, and other strategic segments. This role actively identifies new business opportunities, builds strong client relationships, and supports the execution of the hotel's commercial strategy while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities include conducting sales calls, prospecting new clients, preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating business opportunities, and representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, sales missions, and client meetings. The Sales Executive works closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Events, Marketing, Public Relations, and Operations teams to maximize conversion opportunities, optimize revenues, and ensure seamless delivery of contracted business.

The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, managing client accounts, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales reports and pipeline updates, and contributing valuable market intelligence to support strategic decision-making. The Sales Executive plays a key role in strengthening the hotel’s market presence while building long-term partnerships that drive business success.

Our Ideal Sales Executive Candidate Will Have :

Candidates should have previous experience in hotel sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about building relationships and generating new business opportunities. Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and networking skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

You will possess strong commercial awareness, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to identify market opportunities and convert leads into business. Experience with CRM and sales management systems, account management, and sales reporting is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be organized, professional, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional service while representing the Four Seasons brand.

Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is preferred for this role, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
