As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Visitor Navigation in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will manage access procedures, monitor entry activity and security-related systems, respond to inquiries, and communicate observations to support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests in accordance with established protocols.
• Operate front-desk communication systems, maintain visitor and incident logs, and promptly relay relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures as directed.
• Assist with maintaining an organized, professional lobby environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting daily building operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
