HIRING: ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT HEAD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Organization Development Head to lead organizational effectiveness, talent development, and strategic people initiatives. The role will drive organizational design, change management, leadership development, and workforce capability-building to support business growth and long-term organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives and corporate goals.
• Oversee organizational design, structure reviews, job evaluation, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Develop and implement succession planning, talent management, and leadership development programs.
• Drive change management initiatives, organizational transformation, and culture-building programs.
• Conduct organizational assessments and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to identify organizational gaps and develop strategic solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of OD programs and interventions.
• Lead and develop the Organization Development team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Organization Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or Strategic HR.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within a large or complex organization.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executives and influence strategic business decisions.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
