INTERNSHIP – HR Organisation Development – January 2027 (M/F)

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

We are looking for three interns to join us from January 2027 at our headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison (92) or Paris (75). Valeriia OD & Transformation Sr Manager, Elena or Magali, OD Director will guide you through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Prepare and analyze organizational and people data, and turn it into insights for key decisions.
• Build and present organization effectiveness KPIs, dashboards and reports.
• Ensure organizational data is accurate and consistent across HR systems, working with country and functional HR contacts.
• Contribute to transformation and organization projects, including change management materials and templates.
• Work with global, regional and local teams across functions and cultures.

• INTERNSHIP : Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

About You

 

For theses positions, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for 6 months
• Studying at Bac+4/5 level in a university, business school or engineering school
• Analytical, curious and autonomous, with strong attention to detail
• Confident with Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable using AI, and keen to learn new tools (Power BI is a plus)
• Enjoy working with people across cultures and countries
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
