Role description

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in keeping employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and people operations running smoothly. You will help organize employee hard files, check document completeness, update employee data, and maintain absence records. You will also assist with interview coordination, support production screening activities, and help with document scanning and archiving. Through this internship, you will gain practical exposure to HR administration, recruitment support, employee data management, and people engagement activities while contributing to accurate records, efficient processes, and a positive employee experience.

Your Mission

• Organize Employee Documentation – Maintain employee hard files by checking document completeness and keeping records structured and easy to access.

• Update Employee Data – Support accurate employee information by updating records in internal databases and HR systems when changes or missing details are identified.

• Support Absence Records – Collect, scan, and compile employee medical certificates and absence-related documents into organized files.

• Assist Recruitment Activities – Assist with candidate communication through WhatsApp and email, including interview invitations and follow-up coordination and help the HR team prepare and manage screening activities for production roles in a timely and organized manner.

• Assist Document Administration – Scan, upload, and archive HR documents in the appropriate systems, including Talenta and Personio, to support accurate and efficient processes.

• Contribute to People Engagement – Support people engagement activities that help create a positive and connected employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrates good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work with employee documents and administrative data.

• Communicates clearly and professionally in Bahasa Indonesia, with basic English communication skills preferred for HR documentation and systems.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and willing to learn HR systems such as Talenta and Personio.
