Description
We are on the lookout for someone interested in starting their career with the HR team of a tech company in the fintech lending industry. This role offers hands-on experience across end to end recruitment, campus hiring, and HR operations. We're looking for proactive individuals with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Talent Acquisition team, involving in the End-to-End recruitment Process.
- Assist in recruitment and recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins in the organization.
- Co-ordinate with colleges for the trainee hiring.
- Schedule online test for the candidates.
- Maintaining regular communication with colleges, providing status updates to the colleges on recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with internal management team to onboard the right talent and help build an efficient team
- Handling job posting, Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates for the trainee hiring.
- Scheduling interviews and taking feedbacks
- Communicate with colleges to brief them on the status of the recruitment process.
- Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.
- Send status report to the management.
- Facilitate the offer process. E.g. – Creating, Sending, Tracking and answer queries about the offer.
- Facilitate the preboarding process.
- Creating all the letter’s for the joining and exit date.
- Facilitate the associates on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Initiating background check for the new associates and maintain all the records.
- Employee data verification in our specified portal.
- Assist associates with mandatory trainings and schedule technical assessment
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records related to recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases and generating reports as needed.
- May be asked to complete additional HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing BBA/MBA in Human Resources and ready to work as an apprentice.
- Should have good communication and written skills
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as other business tools
- Prior recruitment understanding will be a plus.
- Proactive nature and the attitude to support the team to get the right talent on board
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Up To date with market trends in recruitment.
Stipend: 15K per month (Apprentice) - 6 Months
