REQ15178 Senior Executive, Retail Leasing (Open)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing, negotiating and executing both new deals and renewals with retailers
- Assist and coordinate the requirements from internal and external leasing negotiators
- Coordinate with legal to prepare all Heads of Terms and Operating Agreements and necessary documentation
- Coordinate with Retail Projects and Operations team to secure all necessary SERF packages and answer technical queries
- Manage and assist with all direct leasing enquiries
- Manage all contract signing and completion as per requirements (i.e. Notarizations, Receipt of Deposits, Insurances, etc)
- Facilitate regular Retailer background checks and vendor registrations
- Prepare all lease packages for internal approvals and follow up (i.e. accompanying analysis, checklists, financial reports, and contract control sheets)
- Maintain all Operating Agreements and subsequent connected agreements (i.e. Comp Credit Agreements)
- Assist in the development of strategic plans to grow the leasing revenue
- Coordinate with 3rd party consultants and internal stakeholders
- Prepare regular leasing updates for internal management updates
- Proactively maintain relationships with Leasing Agents and relevant 3rd party consultants
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in coordinating project and retail environment
- Experience in reviewing legal documentation will be a plus
Education
- Degree Holder in Real Estate, Business, or related discipline. Other candidates with relevant experience will be considered
Skills / Competencies
· Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
· Strong proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other MS Office apps.
· Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or AutoCAD will be an advantage.
· Always dress and talk in a professional manner
· Maintain a very high standard of personal presentation at all times
