Job Summary

Job Description
- Build and grow business through data center channels (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise).
- Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers; develop strong strategic relationships.
- Analyze partner and competitor strengths/weaknesses to determine where we are strong and where we have capability gaps.
- Map customer needs to company offerings and identify opportunities for new or expanded solutions.
- Develop channel strategies and support sales in driving pipeline and closing deals.
- Provide market intelligence to guide product, investment, and go‑to‑market decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events and with strategic partners.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales.
- 3 + years of direct business with large scale data centers required.
- Deep understanding of data center ecosystems, buying cycles, and partner structures.
- Strong relationship‑building, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Proven track record of driving growth through channel or strategic partner development.
